Bradley’s law practice focuses on water law, water rights, public lands and related litigation and transactions. Bradley has experience in Colorado Water Courts and represents both public and private clients in the acquisition, change, and protection of surface and groundwater rights, including augmentation plans and exchanges. Bradley also represents clients with public land and real property matters including rights-of-way, easements, permitting and related matters. Born and raised in northeast Oklahoma, Bradley’s passion for natural resources and water law and policy led him west to the University of Colorado Law School where he studied numerous natural resources law subjects and served as Lead Articles Editor for the Colorado Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Review.
